What is it?
Immerse is an intensive service which helps businesses grow by using design as a strategic development tool. 

Who is it for?
Immerse is for mature businesses with the appetite for strategic change.  It is for management teams who are ready to be challenged, ready to learn new skills and ready to invest.

What's involved?
You'll team up with a Design Associate to investigate how design can make a lasting impact on performance. Then you'll run design projects for up to eighteen months, developing a new strategic perspective alongside practical skills including choosing, briefing and managing designers.
